(Just 5-minute short walk from Chai Wan MTR station Exit A via footbridge)
 
Rundown:
Candidate forum sessions are arranged for the 8 contested arts interests. Time slots for the respective arts interests are as follows:
 
10:05a.m.–10:30a.m. Arts Administration Each session includes:

1. Candidate Platform Presentation
2. Question and answer session from the floor
3. Debating session among the candidates of the respective arts interests

Maximum 3 minutes for each candidate in each segment
10:30a.m.–11:30a.m. Arts Education
11:30a.m.–12:15noon Dance
12:15noon–12:40noon Film Arts
12:40noon–2:00p.m. Lunch Break
2:00p.m.–2:55p.m. Literary Arts Each session includes:

1. Candidate Platform Presentation
2. Question and answer session from the floor
3. Debating session among the candidates of the respective arts interests

Maximum 3 minutes for each candidate in each segment
2:55p.m.–3:40p.m. Music
3:40p.m.–4:15p.m. Visual Arts
4:15p.m.–4:40p.m. Xiqu(Chinese Opera)
4:40p.m.–4:50p.m. Break
4:50p.m.–6:00p.m. Question and Answer Session for all candidates of the above mentioned arts interests
 
Note: As the only candidate in the arts interest of Drama is running uncontested and no nomination was received for the arts interest of Arts Criticism, thus no polling will be conducted for these 2 arts interests and no candidate forum sessions will be arranged for these arts interests.

Language: The forum will be conducted in Cantonese. Cantonese and English simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Consultation Sessions
 
Prior to the commencement of the nomination exercise in 2010, two consultation sessions have been arranged for interested parties to express their opinions on the arrangement of the exercise. Details are as follows:
